Can the goods be shipped to my door?
Of course. This is one of our main services. We support shipping goods to most parts of the world and most regions. Of course, some remote areas and war zones may not be reachable. Because we need to confirm the order before shipping, you must confirm with us before placing the order to ensure that we can ship to your area.
Do you support returns?
We have a detailed return agreement with three stages:
- A - Within 48 hours after placing the order: Naturally, the buyer regrets the purchase - returns are supported. If the transaction amount exceeds 5% of the handling fee, the full refund will be deducted from the handling fee.
- B - Production has started (over 48 hours): Naturally, the buyer changes their mind - partial refunds are supported. After deducting the production costs incurred, the remaining portion will be refunded after deducting the handling fee that does not exceed 5% of the transaction amount.
- C - Order has been shipped: But not yet delivered - returns are not supported.
- D - Order has been delivered: But due to quality issues, a return is needed - returns are not supported. We will provide warranty service.
- E - Order has not been delivered for a long time: Association refund. We will purchase shipping insurance for all products. After the insurance company confirms that it has not been delivered to the customer, a refund can be negotiated.
After purchasing the product, do I still need to pay additional taxes?
If you choose DDP service, then there is no need to pay additional taxes. If you do not choose DDP service, such as EXW/FOB/DDU, etc., you need to pay taxes yourself. Except for bank transfers, we also support Paypal payment services. Other payment channels are under development.

After I pay the full order amount, how can I confirm the status of my goods?
After you place your order, your dedicated customer service representative will provide you with corresponding documents and videos at each stage of the process. This includes: production completion/production in progress/shipped/customs clearance/arrival/estimated delivery time/estimated shipping time. The entire process will provide corresponding documents and videos to give you 100% peace of mind.
