We resolve questions, communication issues, and international service problems between clients and manufacturers. We will not represent manufacturers to clients, nor will we represent clients to manufacturers. We simplify the complex cross-border trade process and maximize the security of each transaction, making it as simple as possible for clients. If you don't want to accept Chocagent's services, you can always contact the manufacturer directly or obtain their contact information, but you will find that having Chocagent makes everything much easier.

Can the goods be shipped to my door?
Do you support returns?
- A - Within 48 hours after placing the order: Naturally, the buyer regrets the purchase - returns are supported. If the transaction amount exceeds 5% of the handling fee, the full refund will be deducted from the handling fee.
- B - Production has started (over 48 hours): Naturally, the buyer changes their mind - partial refunds are supported. After deducting the production costs incurred, the remaining portion will be refunded after deducting the handling fee that does not exceed 5% of the transaction amount.
- C - Order has been shipped: But not yet delivered - returns are not supported.
- D - Order has been delivered: But due to quality issues, a return is needed - returns are not supported. We will provide warranty service.
- E - Order has not been delivered for a long time: Association refund. We will purchase shipping insurance for all products. After the insurance company confirms that it has not been delivered to the customer, a refund can be negotiated.
