    Chocagent is the code name for China Hyperbaric & Hypobaric Oxygen Chambers Agent, an international client service company that helps Chinese professional oxygen chamber manufacturers find clients.
    What is the difference between Chocagent and other trading companies?
    Chocagent represents products that are genuinely produced by manufacturers with real production resources. Unlike typical trading companies that simply buy and resell products, Chocagent does not engage in international transportation, customs clearance, or door-to-door delivery. Instead, we recommend that clients work directly with manufacturers and contact them for international inquiries.
    How to trust Chocagent?
    Chocagent's represented manufacturers will require formal agency agreements with the manufacturers. We will request that manufacturers provide exclusive agency authorization.

    Chocagent acts as a bridge between clients in China and manufacturers - a safe and responsible bridge. We resolve questions, communication issues, and international service problems between clients and manufacturers. We will not represent manufacturers to clients, nor will we represent clients to manufacturers. We simplify the complex cross-border trade process and maximize the security of each transaction, making it as simple as possible for clients.     Can the goods be shipped to my door?
    Of course. This is one of our main services. We support shipping goods to most parts of the world and most regions. Of course, some remote areas and war zones may not be reachable. Because we need to confirm the order before shipping, you must confirm with us before placing the order to ensure that we can ship to your area.
    Do you support returns?
    We have a detailed return agreement with three stages:
    • A - Within 48 hours after placing the order: Naturally, the buyer regrets the purchase - returns are supported. If the transaction amount exceeds 5% of the handling fee, the full refund will be deducted from the handling fee.
    • B - Production has started (over 48 hours): Naturally, the buyer changes their mind - partial refunds are supported. After deducting the production costs incurred, the remaining portion will be refunded after deducting the handling fee that does not exceed 5% of the transaction amount.
    • C - Order has been shipped: But not yet delivered - returns are not supported.
    • D - Order has been delivered: But due to quality issues, a return is needed - returns are not supported. We will provide warranty service.
    • E - Order has not been delivered for a long time: Association refund. We will purchase shipping insurance for all products. After the insurance company confirms that it has not been delivered to the customer, a refund can be negotiated.
    After purchasing the product, do I still need to pay additional taxes?
    If you choose DDP service, then there is no need to pay additional taxes. If you do not choose DDP service, such as EXW/FOB/DDU, etc., you need to pay taxes yourself. Except for bank transfers, we also support Paypal payment services. Other payment channels are under development.
